Our risk assessment tools are fully compliant with current Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance as well as being practical and affordable. Suitable for use by a single workgroup or by every employee in your organisation, these tools will enable you identify where workplace pressures are leading to stress and burnout (instead of growth and development) and use this information to empower your teams to adapt their response and get a better outcome.

Taking less than ten minutes to complete, the tools quantify key stressors such as work demands, organisational change, support, role, working relationships and control, as well as (optionally) resilient behaviour, psychological safety and self-reported wellbeing.

Understanding the real sources of pressure, and which teams are the most affected by them, is key to acting on facts and not anecdotes and targeting scarce intervention resources in the right places.

CASE STUDY

FMCG - Team Cohesion Project

We were invited to work with a team who were struggling with multiple pressures and a lack of team cohesion. We started the work by inviting team members to complete our Team Agility assessment. The resultant workplace pressure profile did not initially make for happy reading:

We identified several interventions and worked with the team over a full year – much of it during Covid lockdowns. Team members and line leaders were engaged in linked group coaching activities, covering the basics of personal and team energy management before moving into team performance sustainability, effective collaboration and cross functional relationship building, self-efficacy, creating psychological safety and finally visioning and team identity.

The follow up results tell their own story:
